On acquiring an office block in need of repair in Sutton Coldfield on behalf of a client, SCI conducted a search within the local area for occupiers. Terms were shortly struck for a 15-year pre-lease with Dignity Plc, an FTSE 250 company, on 35,000 sq ft. On completing the agreement to lease, SCI carried out the project management on the refurbishment to the occupier’s specification. On completion, the lease commenced.
