SCI was appointed as the advisor by the owner of a greenfield site to find a JV partner and operator for two world-recognized chain hotels; 502-key property in Negambo (for JW Marriott) & 227-key property in Mirrissa (for Ritz Carlton). After 03 months of engagement, SCI introduced the JV partner and operator and oversaw all aspects of the transaction from legal, financial and company secretarial due diligence.
