Asset Management & Refurbishment - Shopping Centre

After installing good governance and a new board, SCI were able to carry out asset management initiatives which drove head line rents and new lettings. In addition SCI led on the refurbishment of the property, installing a new retained facade with glass and cladding, new lifts, new car and bike parking, new escalators and new MEP throughout.
