Initially planned for a build-and-sell project, Steradian Capital assisted the client in purchasing a 50-perch bare land in Colombo City. The project was initiated alongside esteemed architects and construction professionals. Upon completion, the property was transitioned into a premier long-term stay tourist townhouse, which was successfully operated for over 08 years under the management of Steradian Capital. Upon the client's request, the property was refurbished and exited with an ROE of 98.7%.
